What is Nutrisystem?

If you've never heard of Nutrisystem, chances are you're not overweight and trying to do something about it! For the rest of us, the name is synonymous with home delivered diet meals that the dieter uses in place of their regular meals.

That means you get to totally control your food intake according to the way Nutrisystem has devised its menu. So you get the right amount of calories each day along with all the correct nutrition that you need for good health as you lose those inches little by little.

Why This Review Site?

There are plenty of weight loss and dieting sites around today that have produced a review of this program. Problem is that most of them are rather thin when it comes to real information and you might be forgiven for thinking that most of them have been created just to sell you the program!

You'd be right about that!

So is this site any different? In some ways, yes it is. While I'll not try to disguise the fact that I am an affiliate of Nutrisystem and that means I'll earn a commission for each new customer I send across to them, I also have a great deal of nutritional expertise that I can pass on in real information that you can actually use.

Plus I'm not going to tell everyone that they should sign up with Nutrisystem whether they need it or not. I'm only going to recommend it to you if you think you need it. if not, don't sign up--simple as that!

What's In Store?

There will be a series of posts that I'll be putting up that discuss several aspects of this program as well as a full review of the product so you can see what you'll be getting if you do decide it's the one for you. Some of the posts will be taken from folks that have written into my regular column but were not published because I simply had too many to cope with!

Other posts will cover the merits or otherwise of different aspects of the diet, the food, the customer support and things like auto delivery rules and the discounts that are promoted by the company. I hope you find this all useful.
